According to Casto Ocando, the Venezuelan reporter for El Nuevo Herald. Cuban "security forces in Venezuela....went on alert after Monday's announcement of the passing of power in La Havana. The reason: they fear that there might be trouble with the 30,000 Cubans that work in Venezuela for the Chavez government."
